1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Animal book House  an e-commerce of Kabik Graphic Service SL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting thebluemoonpublishing.com (the “Site”) and/or buying something from us, you agree to the terms set out below (the “Terms”).
 

2. Your Agreement

Accessing any part of the Site or purchasing our products (books, digital downloads, gift boxes, or merchandise) means you accept these Terms and any policies we link to (Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, Submission Guidelines, etc.). If you disagree, please do not use the Site.
 

3. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted equals acceptance of the new Terms.

Shopping With Us

4. Products & Pricing

  • All items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but colours or packaging may vary.

  • Prices are in EURO or USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders (e.g., suspected resellers).
     

5. Shipping

  • Most in-stock books and curated gift boxes ship within 5-6 business days (longer during peak seasons).

  • We ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain  via Post Service (Standard) or Fedex/ UPS (Express service) or a comparable carrier.

  • Final shipping costs show at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and speed (Standard or Express).

  • Customs duties or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
     

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our bundles are hand-packed, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email info@animalbookhouse.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it with the same item (if in stock) or issue store credit. Normal wear, colour variations, or minor box scuffs are not considered defects.
 

7. Digital Items

E-books and other digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. All digital sales are final.

8. Age & Conduct

You must be the age of majority in your province/state—or have a parent/guardian’s permission—to use this Site.
Do not use the Site for anything illegal, post harmful content, or introduce malware.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All content—text, illustrations, photographs, logos—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.
 

10. Submissions (Writers & Illustrators)

If you send manuscripts, artwork, ideas, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive right to review and, if we accept, publish them under separate contract terms. We are not obligated to return or respond to unsolicited submissions.

Liability & Disclaimers

11. No Guarantees

The Site and all products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or that our products will meet every expectation.
 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KABIK GRAPHIC SERVICE SL and its directors, employees, or suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of  Barcelona, Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in Barcelona courts.
